Charge Groups

The Charge Groups section allows you to view and manage groups used to organize charges within the platform.

Charge Groups List

The list displays the main information for each registered group.

Code

Identifies the charge group by its code.

Name

Displays the name assigned to the group.

Active

Indicates whether the group is active.

Available Actions

Search

Allows you to locate charge groups within the list.

Create Charge Group

Allows you to register a new charge group.

Create Charge Group

The Create Charge Group option allows you to register a new group.

Code

Allows you to define the code used to identify the group.

Name

Allows you to define the name of the charge group.

Notes

Allows you to enter additional information associated with the group.

Active

Allows you to define whether the group is active.

The Code and Name fields are required.

Actions

Create

Creates the charge group using the entered information.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current record and starts the creation of a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the charge group.

Once created, the group becomes available in the Charge Groups list for viewing and management.
